Product introduction
This unit is a device that can simultaneously complete drying and granulation processes. According to the process requirements, the pressure and flow rate of the feed liquid pump as well as the size of the nozzle orifice can be adjusted to produce the required spherical particles with a specific size ratio.
Working Principle
The working process of this unit is as follows: the feed liquid is delivered at high pressure by a diaphragm pump and atomized into fine droplets, which then flow downward in contact with the hot air. Most of the powder particles are collected through the discharge port at the bottom of the tower. The waste gas and its carried micro-powder are separated in a cyclone separator; the waste gas is discharged through the exhaust fan, while the micro-powder is collected by the powder collecting barrel installed at the lower end of the cyclone separator. A secondary dust removal device can also be installed at the fan outlet, resulting in a powder recovery rate of 96–98% or higher.
